What fleet reports does the Tracky platform produce?
The reports module turns vehicle data into readable indicators: mileage, driving time, stops, fuel consumption, speeding, cost per vehicle. KPIs are chosen by use, because a carrier does not track the same numbers as a car rental agency. Each report exports to PDF or Excel in one click and can be sent automatically, for example every Monday morning, to management, the operations manager or accounting. History is kept for two years, so you can compare one month with another or answer an audit. Every manager gets their numbers without having to log in.
Which indicators should you track first?
Three are enough to start: fuel use per 100 km for each vehicle, idling time and mileage outside working hours. These show fastest where money and fuel are going. Once those numbers are under control, add what matters for your business: on-time deliveries, engine hours for equipment, temperatures for refrigerated transport.
Who should get which reports?
Management wants one page: cost per vehicle, fuel trend, incidents of the month. The operations manager wants the detail by driver and by route. Accounting wants kilometers and refuels to reconcile invoices. Each recipient gets their own report at their own frequency, and access is role-based: a fleet manager only sees their own vehicles. For ESG reporting, the CO₂ emissions module adds to these indicators.
