The GPS trackers we install
The tracker is the hidden part of the system: it takes the measurements, the platform puts them to work. Tracky doesn't make hardware or sell it from a catalog. We select, supply, install and warranty trackers from proven brands, and we recommend the right model for each vehicle in your fleet.

Teltonika
Europe's benchmark for professional telematics devices.
Fleets that want to track fuel, temperature and engine data: transport, refrigerated haulage, construction and distribution.

Meitrack
A dependable mid-range option, from basic trackers to multi-sensor devices.
Light-vehicle and mixed fleets that want reliable tracking at the lowest cost per vehicle.

Coban
The proven entry-level choice for tracking and theft protection.
Taxis, small fleets and anti-theft use where reliable location at the best price is the only requirement.
ExploreEstablished brand or generic tracker: the real math
The GPS tracker market splits into two families: professional hardware from established brands, and unbranded generic hardware imported at the lowest price. The second costs half as much up front, and you pay for it later: breakdowns, GPS accuracy drift, replacements, unreliable fuel data. That's why Tracky only installs branded hardware, chosen for the actual need. There's no point paying for a full CAN tracker just for theft protection, just as it would make no sense to fit a refrigerated truck with an entry-level tracker. The right tracker is the one that measures what your operation needs to see, no more, no less.

How to choose a GPS tracker
Which GPS tracker should I choose for my fleet in Morocco?
It depends on two things: your vehicles and what you want to measure. For location and theft protection on light vehicles, a Coban or Meitrack is more than enough. Once fuel, temperature or engine data are on the list, you need a vehicle tracking device that can read the CAN bus and take sensors, which means Teltonika or Ruptela. Heavy trucks with tachographs and refrigerated fleets call for specific models. Sorting this out is exactly what the initial audit is for. At Tracky, we recommend a model for each vehicle type, based on your vehicles and goals, before the quote and not on installation day.
Do you sell GPS trackers on their own, without a subscription?
No, and that is a deliberate choice. A device alone produces nothing. The platform is what turns its data into fuel savings, better routes and reports you can act on. Tracky provides the full package: the device (leased or purchased depending on the plan), the multi-carrier SIM card, installation by a certified technician, the platform and support. This model has a concrete benefit: one point of contact responsible from start to finish. If data stops coming through, there is no back-and-forth between the hardware seller, the installer and the software vendor. It is on us, and we fix it.
Are the GPS trackers compatible with all vehicles?
The range covers every case: cars, vans, trucks, buses, construction equipment and motorcycles. Each vehicle type has its own constraints, though: 12 or 24 volt power, available connectors, whether there is a usable CAN bus, and room for a fuel sensor. That is why a serious quote confirms compatibility model by model before signing. Our technicians check it against the exact list of your fleet, with the make, model and year of each vehicle. Mixed fleets are common and easy to handle. It is perfectly normal to run two or three different tracker models in the same fleet, all reporting to the same platform.
2G or 4G: does it matter for a GPS tracker in Morocco?
2G networks are still active in Morocco, and most devices in service use them without any problem. The question is about the long term. On a contract lasting several years, choosing a 4G model protects the fleet against network changes, and newer 4G models often come with more memory and features. Our position is practical: 2G still makes sense when budget comes first, and 4G is recommended for newer vehicles and new deployments. Either way, our multi-carrier SIM cards automatically switch to the strongest available network, which matters more day to day than the network generation.
What happens if a GPS tracker breaks down?
Replacement is spelled out in the contract, in black and white: who supplies the replacement device, who pays for labor and how fast it happens. With a lease, the hardware stays our responsibility and replacement is included. In practice, diagnosis starts remotely, since many apparent failures turn out to be SIM or power issues that can be fixed without a visit. A technician from your region then comes out if the device really needs to be swapped. With certified technicians in more than 40 cities, service does not depend on a team driving down from Casablanca. In Agadir, where Tracky is headquartered, the visit often happens the same day.
